The Hostas and roses might be on their last legs, but there’s still plenty of colour around the garden. Some bees are still busy, although not as nippy as they were in the summer. And the butterflies are getting the most out of the Budleia. I’ve just picked the last Savoy cabbage and I’m looking up recipes for the beautiful red cabbages.
I now need to clear out some room in the beds for the winter vegetable plug plants which have arrived from Rocket Gardens. Where on earth am I going to put it all?
